Tasting: The dress is of a beautiful ruby very shining.
The nose reveals us spiced notes, red fruits like some notes of orange barks.
The mouth is fine with tannins of a pleasant softness and a good aromatic remanence.
Our Advice: Out of aperitif with typed, rib steaks, steak tartare, cheeses... To taste enters 14 and 18°. Conservation 4 to 6 years.
