Wine making: Picking off, maceration, long traditional fermentation (20 to 25 days).
Control temperatures. Soft pneumatic pressing.
Grape Varieties: Merlot (40%), Cabernet-Sauvignon (35%), Syrah (25%).
Tasting: Wrap of a brilliant red.
Red fruit noses, note liquorice.
Good attack and length in mouth, the tannins are round and flexible.
Our Advice: Wild boar stew, ox coast, steaklet of duck,
cheeses.
To taste enters 14 and 18°.
Conservation 7 years.
