Control temperatures 13 with 15°.
Grape varietie: Merlot 40 %, Cabernet-Sauvignon 40 %,
Syrah 20 %.
Tasting: The very pale colour with the salmon nuances is very original.
With the nose one finds fruit notes with white flesh.
Beautiful promptness in mouth and very aromatic.
To taste between 10 and 12°.
