Wine making: Picking off, short maceration between 7 and 10 days,
control of the temperatures.
Soft pneumatic pressing.
Cellar-work: Syrah
Wrap: Rouge cerise
Tasting: Red fruit note, attack in mouth flexible and a good
length stops,
Red of the summer.
Our Advice: To taste between 120 and 16° on a salad steaklet of
duck, a grill party, on Typed, and good fresh fruit salad.
