Eden Rose
Mellow with aromas of wood berries
Soil : Grass-seeded rows on a silty-sandy plain. Very
deep soil composed of colluvial deposits therefore
avoiding hydric stress.
Cultivation : Gentle vinemanagement to protect soils
and biodiversity.
Wine-making process : Night harvest. 100% destemming.
Inerting with CO2 (to avoid adding sulfites)
and cooling of the harvesting with snow-carbon dioxide
before a soft pneumatic pressing (3h30) with the
separation of the free running musts. Cold settling (8°)
after 48 hours (Turbidity less than 50).
Alcoholic fermentation between 11° C. and 13° C. for
25-30 days. Malolactic fermentation stopped.
Ageing : In cement and epoxy vat for 4 months.
Red grape variety : 100% Merlot.
Tasting : Colour : Shiny towards petal of rose tint.
Nose : Fruity and floral nose with hints of raspberry, redcurrant and blackcurrant.
Taste : Rich and unctuous, this pink wine offers in mouth a perfect balance where roundness and flavours work harmoniously. Candy, it fully expresses with smart notes of little red fruits and wild wood berries.

Our advice : Trendy wine, as an appetizer wine, to match up grilled meats in a hot
sauce, spicy oriental dishes, tabbouleh with mint, vegetables, prawns with chili, poultry in a sweet and sour sauce, tandoori brochettes, Indian cooking, exotic fruit salads, melons, all summer desserts, old Mediterranean cheeses, chocolate creams, sorbets…Ideal for a party and friendly evenings.
Service temperature : Between 8°C. and 10°C.
Preservation : 2 years.
Packing : 75cl bottle and 150cl magnum (Case of 6).
